Application of Glutoxim
as Immunomodulating Means in Complex Therapy of Chronic Inflammatory Processes
of Genital Organs in Infertile Males.

ABSTRACT. The
obtained results testify the high curative effect of Glutoxim at chronic
inflammatory processes of genital organs. The use of the mentioned remedy in
complex therapy of infertile males with chronic inflammatory processes of
urogenital organs makes the treatment more effective on the expense of
autoimmune processes regulation. The absence of side effects and complications
against the background of antibioticotherapy testify to the capability of Glutoxim
for prevening immuno-suppressing action of antibiotics. Glutoxim promotes restoration
of immunity T-system, which is expressed in normalization of absolute and
percent number of T-lymphocytes, T-helpers, T-suppressers, phagocytic activity
of neutrophils, phagocytic number and index, IL-8 concentration in blood. Based
on carried out investigations Glutoxim can be recommended for the
treatment of patients of the above mentioned category.
