Ovariamin – ovarian bioregulator

Ovariamin is produced from the cattle and pig ovaries. It is a nucleoprotein complex, which acts selectively on ovarian cells promoting the recovery of ovarian function.

Clinical trials were conducted on 172 patients with climacteric syndrome and the syndrome of ovarian inanition. Control groups consisted of 143 similar patients who underwent standard treatment.

Ovariamin effectiveness was estimated subjectively and with respect to objective indices.

There was evaluated the dynamics of patients complaints, as well as clinical blood and urine tests, blood biochemistry and ultrasound examination of the ovaries. The contents of hormones (AKTG, TTG, FSG and LG) in the blood serum was estimated by radioimmunological method.

As result of clinical trial, it was established that ovariamin application for patients with climacteric syndrome promoted the improvement of general state manifested by the decreased number of “hot flushes”, better sleep and appetite, increased working capacity.

Laboratory examination of neuroendocrine indices showed significant reduction of FSG contents, which caused the increase of LG/FSG index up to lower limits of age-related physiological fluctuations. There was also noted a tendency towards the decrease of AKTG and TTG. The changes registered in hormonal status of patients correlated with clinical signs and evidenced the recovery of adaptation reaction of the aging organism to age-related decrease of ovarian functions.

Ovariamin application by patients with ovarian inanition syndrome resulted in normalization of menstrual cycle in 62% of cases and helped to diminish asthenoneurotic manifestations of the disease.

The data of laboratory and instrumental examination evidenced the increase of ovarian sizes and elevation of their steroid function, decrease of gonadotrophic function of the adenohypophysis.

The analysis of these data bring to the conclusion that ovariamin produces normalizing effect on ovarian cell metabolism, promoting the formation and maturation of follicles and recovery of neurohumoral mechanisms for regulation of menstrual and reproductive functions.

Ovariamin is recommended for accelerated recovery of ovarian functions in case of various disorders, including negative manifestations of climacteric period in females. It is also recommended to the elderly for maintaining ovarian functions.

No side effects have been registered.

It should be stored in a dry cool light protected place.
